The Operations Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the day to day operations of the company. Responsibilities include: • Development of an effective operational strategy which is aimed at meeting clients expectations as a minimum • Involvement in the strategic and operational planning of the company • Implement and maintain business systems to support project requirements • Develop strong relationships with key customers, suppliers and other stakeholders • Deliver quality management service to both existing and new clients including timely response to operational matters • Assist in the review and improvement of company processes and workplace practices to improve the efficiency of the company • Ensure all aspects of business operations are compliant with relevant regulatory requirements, ethical standards and company policies. • Generating various reports, forecasts and budgets as required • Other duties as directed.
Essential • Minimum 5 years experience as an operations manager or similar role • Previous project management experience Desirable • Previous experience in a construction/engineering environment • Site experience on typical company projects
