Due to business growth and increased customer demand, a pioneering Environmental Advisory Services Consultancy based in the UAE seeks to hire a Carbon Sourcing and Advisory Manager to join their successful team.

The Carbon Sourcing and Advisory Manager will join in a senior capacity and will have immediate and integral responsibility within the close knit Carbon Sourcing team. Responsible for identifying quality emission reduction projects, developing and guiding through the contracting and validation process and ensuring the delivery of the emissions reduction, the Manager will provide advice and direction.
The responsibilities of this role will be varied, challenging and will include:
The identification and assessment of commercial project opportunities for carbon finance
Preparation of the project design document (PDD)
Originating and managing greenhouse gas mitigation projects and conducting technical reviews
Negotiating project terms of business and co-ordinating legal documentation for emissions reduction purchase
The Carbon Sourcing Manager will closely liaise and work with the business development team to ensure successful proposals and business wins.
