Our Client comprises a Group of Companies who own develops and operates psychiatric rehabilitation centres and residential schools for children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder).
Our Client is expanding its provision of care facilities with developments commencing and already under construction throughout the UK principally in the North.
The role will entail responsibility for overseeing all construction activity in the healthcare and education divisions; Day to day management of construction projects from inception through to completion and handover to operations; Assembling, overseeing and directing professional teams of consultants and contractors, sub-contractors; Reviewing documentation including plans, specifications, contracts, budgets and variations; Ensuring specifications / finishes fall within operational requirements; Regularly reviewing project budgets / programmes to ensure targets are met; Managing handover procedures of the new facilities.
You will come from a combination of backgrounds having worked in at least two of the following sectors of the built environment : Consultant, Contractor or Client and will be expected to have a minimum 10 years' experience with either an RICS, RIBA, MCIOB or similar qualification.
You must be organized, numerate and hardworking with the ability to travel extensively throughout the UK.
