This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Big Apple for a fast growing PQS practice with an expanding workload from a Blue Chip client list.

You must be professionally qualified, RICS, with a good track record of experience in feasibility studies, cost planning, procurement, managing change control, financial reporting and liaison with contractors and design teams to deliver projects to completion.

It is expected that you will come from a Consultancy background although suitably qualified candidates from a Contracting background will be considered. You must be able to demonstrate the maturity to confidently advise Clients on all commercial matters.

Our Client has in place a process to obtain suitable work permits for these roles.
